Ok so I officially suck at blogging. Or well I guess maintaining my blog. I have a lot of catching up to do but I promise it will happen. Here's the down and dirty version of what I will be posting about.

April

1st weekend-Abigail/Tris visit for half marathon. 

2nd- Guess we were losers

3rd- Troys wedding in Columbus- Welcome Jerica to in-laws club

4th-1st Easter at Myer's!- bread fiascoes 

Sunday afternoon hike - Bauer and her log

Saturday lunch w/ W's and Smith's- then "the road less traveled"

May

5/4- Rem's bday- dinner w/the W's

Casey rescue- bulldog- Friday on way to work.

1st weekend- Branson Zip lining w/ the W's- shopping; fudge; Aimee- Why don't I get a fork to eat my bday dinner?!?

Putt putt w/ the W's and Caleb ("Caleb never get married but we promise we aren't having martial problems"); 

Joplin trip/Memorial day cook out- Key lime cheesecake and hammicks.

Baked Ziti=yum/Pad Thai-another attempt

5/31- Shareholders concert- Darius Rucker and Lady A

June

6/4- Pool time w/ Little Lauren

6/6- Cake for Justin's bday- corn hole- Corn Hueleo (like Beevis and Butthead) - this is serious

6/7- Sleigh Bells concert- Kick off the heels old woman

2nd weekend- temple trip w/ Sparhocks

6/13- Dinner w/ old friend- Jeff Hillam and fam

3rd-Old roomie and Patti-pooh visit- Save Bambi!!! Rem math workshop

4th- Rem Scout camp; Lake w/ Gretchen

Cancun is getting soooo close.
The Deep South- Weekend at my rents/Holly Homemaker- Home made laundry detergent/Leaving Izzy for the first time :(

 

 

A week from today Rem and I will be in CANCUN!!!! We are so stinking excited! I literally have my suitcase out ready to begin packing. I started making a packing list last week. How pathetic is that? 

Couple random thoughts I just have to get out:

Isn't my new background cute?!?! Gotta love PANDAS!!!!  Ok well maybe not everyone loves them as much as I do but they do hold a special place in my heart. In college I joined the Alpha Omicron Pi sorority when I was a sophomore. Pandas are our mascot! I'd always liked pandas but after becoming an AOII, I loved pandas even more. They remind me of all the wonderful memories I have with my sisters. Many of whom, I am still in touch with. Anywho! Just had to to call out the cute little pandas on my background!

Just discovered Picnik! Usually I play around a little with my photos before posting but now I found a software that lets me do all sorts of cool stuff!Here's the first batch that I uploaded. And they aren't edited. (LOL!) These pictures don't need any editing anyway. After helping to clean up the aftermath of the tornado that hit Joplin, Rem insisted that we drive up so I could see everything for myself.
